Shipping policy

Order completion:

Once you’ve completed your order at the checkout your confirmation email will be sent to the nominated email address from your ‘customer’ or ‘guest’ account. Occasionally these emails are blocked by your SPAM filter or placed in your junk mail folder so be sure to double check those folders. 

If you need confirmation of your order resent to you, please contact us on (08) 8250 0048.

You will also receive a completed order email with tracking information when your order has been picked, packed and shipped from our facility. 

How do you ship?

Bosu Australia provides a few shipping options at the cart via our partners Startrack Express and Border Express: Your shipping time frame will vary depending on the method chosen, your location and the product you have purchased. Some larger, heavier items will only be able to have the priority and standard shipping options due to their impractical nature.

Can you ship my purchase out of Australia?

No, unfortunately Bosu Australia does not currently provide International Shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and take anywhere from 3 to 10 business days to be delivered. Delivery time also depends on your location and the level of service you select. Remote regions will often experience longer shipping times.

 

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased online?

Yes, simply contact us via the email info@bluesl.com.au describing the reason for your return and the action you would like us to take. Sorry, we do not offer refunds for “change of mind”.  

Am I entitled to a refund?

In all contracts for goods, consumers are protected by the inclusion of a number of statutory conditions and statutory warranties. See our return policy for more information:
