How can we grow BOSU® with Exclusivity?
Increasing Retail Presence
Our goal is to have BOSU® stocked in Australia's leading Sports retailers, REBEL Sport, Intersport and Sportspower. Preliminary discussions are taking place for Intersport Group to stock BOSU and we are confident we will gain access to an extra 80 stores nationwide in 2025 but there needs to be one sole supplier of this product to get this approval.
Increasing Online Presence
After our Digital Marketing Strategy was implemented in Q3, we are confident this strategy will continue to increase sales and strengthen our market share. Once our position is clear, we are ready to increase our spend on digital marketing, including adding META advertising to identify and reach an untapped social media market in Australia.
Refining Customer Service
In a digital world, the customer experience is paramount. A customer purchasing from different distributors will experience different customer service standards and there is no uniform service process depending on where you purchased from. We want to refine this process and ensure every customer in Australia receives a consistent message with the highest customer sales experience from the point of sale to after sales service.

To grow the brand in Australia, we need to grow the brands social presence. As an exclusive distributor, we would want to utilise the BOSU® HQ content. By having access to all of BOSU HQ content (including vimeo) we can begin to create Meta Ad campaigns to target this market directly. Currently, we do not run any META campaigns due to the complexity of multi distributors. The potential to unlock the marketplace that exists via social media ads is exciting to us.
